Probably the most awaited Females match up in WWE for Wrestlemania 34
The confusion is finally over and The Empress of Tomorrow has finally made her decision on her Wrestlemania match and has decided to challenge the Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair for her Title. The Raw Brand superstar picking up the fight against the Smackdown brand’s Champion is indeed quite a surprise for the WWE Universe. After winning the first ever Women’s Royal Rumble match 2018 Asuka had the opportunity of fighting the opponent of her pick at the grandest stage of them all Wrestlemania for the Women’s Championship. She had to choose either the Raw Women’s Championship or the Smackdown Women’s Championship.

We hadn’t had the information about Asuka’s pick for Wrestlemania 34 until she appeared at WWE Fastlane after Charlotte had defeated Ruby Riott and successfully defended her Smackdown Women’s Championship. Asuka appeared that night and then she pointed toward the Wrestlemania sign which was enough for us to speculate about Asuka’s Challenge for Charlotte at Wrestlemania.

Previously it was rumored about Asuka facing Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women’s Championship. But we all know that WWE never fails to surprise us and this was indeed a huge surprise for all the WWE Universe. Had it been Alexa vs. Asuka for Wrestlemania then it probably wouldn’t have got the hype that Asuka vs. Charlotte is now getting. Both Asuka and Charlotte Flair are undoubtedly the most dominating Superstars on each of their Rosters and their clash at the greatest stage of them all at Wrestlemania and for the Women’s title is indeed going to be an awaited match for this year’s Wrestlemania.

The match wasn’t official until when Asuka finally spoke it out at the night after WWE Fastlane on Monday Night Raw. So, the match has now been official for Wrestlemania 34 and it holds a lot of stakes. The match could go on either of the sides as both the submission experts go on each other to give the best Women’s Wrestlemania match. Charlotte Flair as being the daughter of the two-time Hall of Famer Ric Flair is all set to defend her Smackdown Women’s title against the Empress of Tomorrow, Asuka. Asuka is not only fighting for Charlotte’s Title at Wrestlemania but she also has her undefeated streak to maintain. So, the stakes are really high for both ladies either Asuka is finally going to have her first title at WWE since she came to Monday Night Raw on October 24th, 2017. OR it could be Charlotte retaining her title as she finally ends the undefeated streak of Asuka. So, the match is really going to be one of the greatest matches for WWE this year.

Both the ladies are indeed the most pushed WWE female superstars currently on the roster. Asuka since her debut on Monday Night Raw has shown her charisma and talent in the WWE ring as she has never lost a fight on Monday Night Raw as well. She has been given quite a spotlight by the WWE and the major push for Asuka was given when she won the first-ever women's Royal Rumble match at 2018. However, she hasn’t got any title run since debuting on Monday Night Raw but Wrestlemania could be the chance when WWE gives Asuka the major title run. Charlotte also has been one of the dominating female superstars and is one of the ladies to have won both the Raw Women’s Championship and Smackdown Women’s Championship. She has had many great matches at WWE including the first ever Women’s Hell in a Cell match at 2017 against Sasha Banks.

So, both of them seem to be prepared for their match at Wrestlemania 34 and both of them know each other very well and what they are capable of. WWE has indeed surprised us once again as it was for sure that after the men’s Royal Rumble winner Shinsuke Nakamura challenged the Champion AJ Styles of his own Smackdown Live roster Asuka was also thought to challenge the champion of her own roster Alexa Bliss. But instead, WWE gave us Asuka vs Charlotte for Wrestlemania and which is indeed a huge matchup.

The stakes are really equal for both the females and only one shall emerge out as the victor at Wrestlemania 34. So, who is your pick for this matchup?
